Vacation rentals with beach access in Hartlepool

Owner very friendly and helpful. Property was faultless. We used as a base for the local area, and was perfect for that. Would definitely be our 1st choice when we stay in the area next time.

I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!

Just had a two night stay and had a lovely, relaxing break. Small but perfectly formed and well set up. Very clean and an extremely quiet location.

Helen and Peter were friendly hosts. When the weather got chilly Helen quickly turned up the heating. Views were amazing. Private off street parking definitely a bonus. Comfortable beds.

A lovely place to stay, very close to the beach and fairground. Perfect set up for 2 adults, a toddler and dog. Very clean and host was very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again as we visit quite regularly.

Allaoua was very nice and easy to contact and would respond promptly to any questions we had. He went over everything when we got there and it was great for our family of 8. We even hosted a family of 5 for dinner one night and there was plenty of space for all 13 of us! Highly recommend! Lots of nearby restaurants/grocery store/beach!

We used the accommodation as a base to explore Whitby and the surrounding area with my disabled parents. The house was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. There was even a shop within a short walks distance if we needed anything. The host provided all the information we needed beforehand and even recommended local restaurants which proved to be excellent choices. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere near Whitby and needs disabled facilities.

David was a brilliant host and his cottage was amazing. It was in great location and really clean. We will definitely try and get back to stay again.

What an amazing property. We spent four days here visiting friends and it was a perfect base. Clean lots of space and small touches to help your stay. Very comfortable and lots of social spaces to relax. Excellent location for coastal walks and history trails. Thank you so much will be back again soon.

Full of charm and right in the old part of Staithes so close to all the eating places. very comfy beds and the house was warm and toasty within a few minutes of arriving once we switched on the fire and radiators.

We had a wonderful first trip to Sunderland and can't wait to go back! The flat was perfect: breathtaking sea views, everything we needed, and a cozy, warm atmosphere. Ivan was a great host, with excellent communication. We especially appreciated the lovely decor and the fantastic selection of board games. The Waves coffee shop across the street was a real treat, serving delicious takeaway coffee and incredible cakes. For dinner, we highly recommend Fausto – their pizzas are amazing!

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

John place worked perfectly for our short stay while on business in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean ane well equiped - the morning view while sat in the window seats having a coffee was worth the cost alone.

We had a lovely stay at the Seaglass apartment. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and just across the road from Seaham's beautiful beaches. Paul was really friendly and responsive to any questions.
