The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. Thank-you for a relaxing stay we shall definitely be back

This was our third stay at Louise and Andy’s place and once again it did not disappoint. We find it to be a perfect place for a cosy stay, and very convenient to get to Stockton town centre. The place is clean and tidy with everything you could need for a brief stop over. Great communication from the hosts - 5 stars.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed here for a few days and it was really good. Great accommodation and beautifully presented. Fab location in a busy town with lots of pubs and eating places. Fantastic for walking on the nearby North Yorkshire Moors. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Emily’s place is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic. There is a pub you can walk to in just a few minutes and also shops. The house has good off street parking for two cars. The decor inside is very well done, very clean throughout, good spec kitchen and a nice area in the back garden to sit in to top it all off.

Excellent value for money . Lovely decor, good parking, quiet location . Spacious and immaculately clean . Well maintained private garden . . Good internet connection. Large selection of tea/coffee available, cereals, toiletries and more. Good selection of take aways restaurant and local shops within walking distance . ASDA and petrol station . Slept well . Bath and shower in large spacious bathroom. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more . Thank you so much for your hospitality Will definitely be returning

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

Wow, what a great place to stay, my wife and I have just had two perfect, peaceful and relaxing nights in this annex attached to Fiona's property .From the initial booking to us leaving Fiona has been so helpful in her prompt response to any questions raised.The property itself and the ground's it sits in are absolutely stunning, all the amenities listed in the description are there for you to enjoy, great having the family chicken's and sheep wandering in front of your Windows and of course the family dog's ( only unfortunate for us the chicken's were not in egg laying mood) Couldn't recommend this property enough and we would definitely return.....oops forgot to mention the home made scones on arrival... Delicious.. Keep up the good work Fiona and hopefully see you again Frank and Sue x

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

compact and bijou is how I would describe Beverley's bolthole, spotlessly clean, everything you need if you're a couple wanting to explore the centre of Richmond. Quiet location, just a short uphill walk to the market place, pubs and restaurants, few hundred yards from the castle, would highly recommend staying here. Beverley was very friendly and even contacted us to say we could check in 3 hours early! Perfect. No parking outside but only a short walk from the green or car park next to it.

Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

We came to the area for a family wedding, the place was a perfect base in the middle of all the events. The view of the lighthouse from the beautiful living room window was stunning. As Ivan knew we were arriving late due to flights he arranged milk and biscuits to be in the kitchen for a much needed cuppa before bed. This was greatly appreciated.

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay - lovely accommodation, handy for the metro and shops. We’ve been here a few times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we were coming up to Newcastle for a few days

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

What a lovely apartment to stay in Durham! Chris was so nice to meet me there and show me everything with the apartment. The apartment is all new, very comfortable, with a beautiful peaceful setting on the river! He even bought me some food to get me through the mornings. It was so conveniently located to the town. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Aleena's place was conveniently located for the work event I was attending at the Gateshead International Stadium. Nice getting the whole place to myself. Aleena was helpful and welcoming.
