Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

It is spacious apartment for my wife and me to stay in for the weekend with lots of nice amenities. Easy walk to the downtown area, massive bed, great selection of simple entertainment (books and TV streaming apps). The Berkey water filter was a nice touch too.

Desire and Scottys place was even cuter than the pictures. it had everything we needed and things we didn't realize that made our stay a home away from home. It was a peaceful place to relax in after a day of hiking and wineries in the area. It was also nice to be able to walk to dinner and explore town. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

This was a nice two-person apartment close to shopping and restaurants. Well-stocked kitchen, a great screened porch with table and chairs (we ate meals out there), and a huge bathroom. About the only thing missing was a TV, but we had laptops and wifi so it wasn't really an issue for us.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. My daughter and I stayed at Cathy's place while visiting UVA. It was even more lovely than the photos. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The bed was heavenly and my daughter slept well on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We both had work to do during our visit and we each had a separate workspace. It was convenient to UVA, restaurants, and shopping. It was so peaceful and quiet... I wish we could have stayed longer.

A home away from home. Susan has thought of the little things one needs when traveling. Her place is extremely clean, lovely space, and the perfect walk from everything Staunton has to offer. It's our 4th or 5th time staying with her- enough said.

The best location you can ask for! Right in the heart of the corner. As described, you need to be okay with the noise of bars and restaurants - Coupe’s is right below you and you can definitely hear the music, but you can use a sound machine and it’s fine! Thanks for a great weekend.

The Place is spotless. The location is incredible. You’re right downtown. You’re within easy walking distance of restaurants and ice cream store and a coffee shop. Highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. The kitchen is one of the best kitted out that we’ve had, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We did hear the pitter patter of tiny feet, but I always found that charming. It’s a lovely family and a very walkable home to both the downtown mall and the wool factory. I’m sure we’ll be back.

We had a great time at Tara & Mark's. It was as good as advertised and we really enjoyed the comfortable and clean space, and the beautiful surroundings outside.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and beautiful place. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the second floor, on nice days, I really enjoyed the sunlight there. The large windows offer a great view of the outdoors. The hosts are very friendly and provided detailed instructions for everything along with restaurant recommendations. They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy. Their warmth and kindness created such a welcoming atmosphere, and they paid attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time here. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately, the place was already booked for the following days. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of steps. I had assumed (which I should not have) that the pool was going to be right outside of the main house. It was not. The main house is upstairs. There was, however, a pool house with a kitchen right next to the pool. Otherwise everything was comfortable and our family had a good time.

Tony’s spot was a great little getaway for a few days of peace and relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

Well we had three units at the same time with Yates! It was a great stay in Charlottesville with Yates, the house was a good size, lots of space and very quiet area - and close to everywhere we needed to be at the university. It was also an awesome location, it was a very clean Airbnb and we had great comms with Yates always, nice to have in a host for sure - always checking up and making sure we were good. Definitely one of our better picks we have had in that area ! Nice to see welcome touches like coffee, creamer etc. always a nice bonus for sure! Many thanks again Yates!

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

Our stay was amazing. Tereye was amazing. The house was nice and very clean. I had to reach out for the heat system. The home owner called me back immediately. The experience was great. I definitely will be returning.
