Monthly Rentals in Hapeville

I have enjoyed my stay at Deb's Midcentury Gem, and when I tell you that name is the perfect name for the place! The Gem is located in an area that is great if you like to feel like you're living the city life but of course, you want your peace. When I first got here, I was nervous as it is close to many businesses, but that made me love the place even more! Now, during certain holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.) there are celebrations around the unit which aren't bad, but if you're not much of a community lover, it might throw you off but it's actually really beautiful to see. Deb has been so attentive and helpful when communicating with anything relating to the apartment, and I couldn't be more grateful. It's not easy finding people who genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay but Deb definitely does! Her resourcefulness is one of a kind!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs! It is exactly as shown and walkable to a lot of places. Heather had perfect communication and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is a perfect place for solo travelers and I felt right at home. I will definitely be back!!!

I was in between places and this house gave me time to think and organize my life. I was able to move in the right direction. The place has some much space to relax. The neighborhood is peaceful. Sam responded almost right away. And he didn’t hear from me he reach out. He was an awesome host.

This place is close to the airport, good food and not too far from Midtown. Andy is a great host, very responsive and takes care of minor mishaps promptly and efficiently. I will definitely book with him again in the future.
