It is tastefully decorated with great care for detail, and the very well-equipped kitchen makes it a pleasure to cook, even for long stays. What's more, everything is spotlessly clean. What really makes the apartment unique is its large windows and the spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of lush surroundings and majestic mountains. Sitting there and listening to all the sounds of nature is an experience in itself – a place to truly relax and find peace of mind. The location is perfect too! Located in a charming neighborhood a few kilometers outside of Kandy, you get the best of both worlds: peace and quiet as well as easy access to the hustle and bustle of the city. This place was very unique and a perfect hillside getaway. Praba’s cooking was a highlight and the host’s hospitality was unmatched. The fireplace was very cozy, especially around Christmas time. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

We had a lovely month staying in this home. House is beautiful and spacious, we loved spending our mornings drinking coffee and reading in the outside area. The house is quiet and private, and surrounded by nature. We even saw a small Deer from our bedroom balcony. The house is around 15 mins drive into town, which is what we wanted. I recommend hiring a moped. The road to the house is currently being re-done……so anybody staying after us should have a nice easy drive up to the house. The kitchen is great and fully equipped, so we cooked food every night. Nilanthi was absolutely lovely and helped us out with train tickets and local food recommendations. Definitely would stay again! WiFi works well but there is a daily cap, so I recommend topping up a dialogue SIM with data if you want to work online. Speeds were good!
