This home is 0.6 miles away from the white sands of Appley beach, the bus station, Hovercraft, The Fastcat and the Train Line. A stunning location which comfortably sleeps 9 across 3 bedrooms. This home also offers a side plot, so plenty of room for parking and hosting. Which is perfect where the house has an open plan kitchen/lounge and a beautiful woodland outside area with decking and a BBQ.

It has a large enclosed garden and is situated on a quiet private beach road just 2 mins walk from the beach. Billy’s cafe & the Medmerry RSPB reserve are easy to walk to. Ideal for families, couples, wind & kitesurfers,surfers,kayaking,fishing, horse & motor sport lovers. West Wittering Beach is only a 7min drive and Goodwood 15 mins. East Wittering village is a five min drive.
