Vacation rentals with a pool in Hambantota

A really nice accommodation at the perfect location in the national park. We found the room quiet, comfy and relaxing and the host couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. We were given bananas for our morning safari (which was booked separately, so it was not needed) and served our best breakfast in Sri Lanka. We couldn’t recommend enough!

staying in Martins Villa has been the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed every second of it. The large garden and pool offer so much tranquility, with the view of the lake and rice paddies, feels like paradise. bedroom and bathroom very clean and a nice ambience. tastefully decorated, ambient lighting and mosquito net to avoid meeting critters in the middle of the night. the family of hosts prepared the most tasteful homecooked meals and where always there in case of any questions or requests from our side. Would totally recommend to everybody to book a few nights in this extraordinary place!

Wonderful home, so comfortable and relaxing. Great location to be able to pop back and forwards to beach, restaurants, shops. Such a lovely group of people who hosted us, thank you Donna, Tammy, Sarath, Hiring, Gayan, we felt so at home and spoilt with all the lovely food and help. We would love to return, it was a very happy and special holiday for us.

We absolutely loved the villa; it has a soul, warmth, and you can feel that it was created with love. We had a wonderful vacation here, feeling completely at home. Onali and her father surrounded us with care and attention. They helped us with any questions we had and suggested interesting ways to spend our time. Onali is an excellent cook. We visited the fish market, the weekend market, and a lobster farm, where we learned how they are caught and raised. Together, we bought some amazing fish and seafood, which Onali lovingly prepared for us. This was our third visit to Sri Lanka, but this experience allowed us to see it from a different perspective. Anna, thank you for giving us the chance to share the joy of staying in your villa, to immerse ourselves in complete tranquility, and to enjoy every single day. Kingfisher the ground floor flat at Khomba is an absolute gem! This lovely 2-bedroom flat is set in stunning grounds right on Tangalle Beach. The flat itself was spotless, with a super comfy bed that made for perfect nights of rest after days spent exploring or relaxing. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a fantastic spot to unwind while surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Kingfisher is the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape. We can’t wait to go back!

My goodness, what an amazing house, fantastic location, beach access. Madhura, Sangara, Bihash and Wally were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Wally loves to join you for a walk on the beach in the morning and evenings, she likes to dip in the sea pools, the waves are a little too much for her so stick to the sea pools. everytime I walked back to Cocome i thought I was the luckiest person in Tangalle. It is without doubt the best... private.but near the beach and town.. pool is great..the staff are all fantastic and cannot do enough for u. I had breakfast everyday and it was superb.... in my opinion the best small boutique place in Tangalle.perfect holiday stay

Loved our stay in this fantastic villa. Over a long trip in Sri Lanka and travelling with a toddler, this place was by far the best place we stayed. Beautiful villa and surroundings. Of the 6 other Airbnbs we stayed in along our travels, this had the best of everything in all categories. Very comfy beds, great wifi, great pool, great outdoor area, totally enclosed and perfect for a toddler to roam free, great AC, large rooms, large bathrooms. Location was great, 5 min drive to supermarket, ATM, town. 10 mins to beach. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Really beautiful peaceful stay, surrounded by lush landscape, animals and birds. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Accommodation clean and generous, food excellent - Great place to stay with kids too!
