Great location just off of the town square. Eagles Nest was peaceful and everything was as described, actually even better. Brenda was a fantastic host, very responsive with helpful recommendations in the area. Absolutely could not ask for anything more.

Was in CoMo for a work trip and all downtown hotels were already booked. This was perfect for a place to come back to each night. Very quiet, walkable, and accessible to downtown.

We have had the privilege to stay at Cindy's place several times. Her AirBnB offers very nice accommodations with a small town atmosphere. The apartment felt just like home, with every amenity you could think of, including candy and snacks! It is very nicely decorated and very clean. Cindy was available to assist with anything we needed; such a wonderful person to chat with. We can't wait to visit again.
