Featuring high ceilings, plenty of natural light, large balcony and a fully equipped kitchen you'll have everything you need for a long and comfortable stay.

The space
The apartment features 4m ceilings with floor to ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and views across Prahran.

The living area is a comfortable space for intimate dinner parties or movie nights on the large screen. Sliding doors open to a large balcony extending the entire length of the living space, with bench seating and a breakfast table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare healthy dinners, spend some time baking up a storm or enjoy a night in with wine and your favourite treats.

If you're looking for the perfect place to escape to for isolation or work from home there is a dedicated work desk overlooking the view to Prahran Square and surroundings. Wireless charging doc, fast wifi, desk lamp and dedicated laptop storage to stow away your work gear when it's time to clock off.

The bedroom is home to a comfortable queen size bed with cotton or flannel sheets (your choice!) with two windows looking out to the sky. For sleep ins block out roller blinds keep the space quiet and cosy.

The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, large vanity and an integrated laundry with LG washer and separate dryer.

The apartment is positioned on top of a shopping centre so you're connected to all the essentials by a dedicated lift. Coles, Woolworths, a full service medical centre, pharmacy, Australia Post and a range of fashion and hospitality retailers are at your doorstep.

The Prahran market is open for fresh produce and gourmet treats to go, with a huge range of cafes and restaurants a short stroll down Chapel or Commercial Road.

From the apartment you overlook the newly opened Prahran Square, which offers loads of fresh open space, perfect for a bit of exercise, fresh air, quite place to read or simply a stroll in the sun.

Just on the other side of the square you will reach Greville Street, home to speciality stores like Aesop, a range of hair and beauty shops and the Prahran railway station.

If you feel like exploring further afield, you're just 3 train stops from the Melbourne CBD and a short tram ride to surrounding suburbs like St Kilda, South Yarra and Windsor. For larger parks, Fawkner Park, the Melbourne Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River trail can be reached on foot in around half an hour.
