Guests will first pass through the property's secure entrance, with photo ID of all guests, ensuring a safe and private environment. From there, proceed to Tower #3 (left most tower) and take the elevator to the third floor. Locate the SECOND Unit 307 (there are two 307 units on this floor!) which is at the very end of the hall with the Ring Doorbell. Then use your assigned keypad code on the door to enter the condo. The code will be provided prior to your arrival for seamless access.

At night, when the world is still and silent, you may hear the sound of subtle, romantic kisses drifting through the air. Don’t be alarmed, this is the call of the cuizas, your tiny, smiling housemates. These charming geckos, affectionately known as our “Kissing Cuizas,” play a vital role in keeping harmful insects at bay, ensuring a clean and comfortable home.

They call to each other as they go about their nightly routines, bringing a little magic to the night. Enjoy their company as part of the unique charm of life in Vallarta!
