Our building has scheduled maintenance and improvement work for September 1 – October 31, 2025. Here’s what you need to know before booking:
Possible daytime construction noise
Local regulations allow work from roughly 9 AM – 5 PM. While not every unit will renovate, crews may operate on any weekday during this window.
Pool temporarily closed
The shared pool is slated for a full refurbishment and may be completely unavailable for the entire period.
Reduced nightly rate
To compensate for these inconveniences we’ve lowered our prices for all stays that fall within these dates.
If uninterrupted quiet or pool access is essential to your vacation, we recommend choosing dates outside September and October. Otherwise, you’ll get the same comfortable condo—and a great deal—while the building gets a refresh.

Other things to note
When you arrive at the condominium, you must check in at the condominium reception desk. There, they will place your access bracelets on you.
I will leave two water jugs. If you need more water, you can go to the reception desk, and they will give you a new one with the empty jug.
