Inside, you’ll find a luxury mattress for restful sleep, plush seating for relaxing evenings, and a well‑equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Concerned About Parking?
You’ll have access to a parking pass that allows free street parking anywhere in Zone 1B. While it’s technically street parking, most guests find a spot right out front or very close by. It’s an easy, hassle‑free experience for the vast majority of our visitors.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo, allowing you to relax and unwind in complete comfort. In addition, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared front and back balconies—perfect spots to take in the fresh air and downtown views. Entry is seamless with a secure keyless system, and you’ll receive a personal access code prior to your arrival for convenience and peace of mind. Parking is available on the street nearby, and a guest parking pass will be provided. Please note, the building is three stories tall and access requires using stairs.

This property is not suitable for children under 12.

Please Note: A construction project is currently underway across the street from the property. Construction activity is limited to daytime hours and is not permitted after 6:00 PM or on Sundays. At this time, we have also not observed construction activity on Saturdays. While you may see construction activity during the day, we want to provide this information simply so our guests are aware of the project prior to arrival. Construction schedules and activity are outside of our control.
