Beautiful Mexican and rustic style Villa for 12 people, nice garden with large pool, perfect space for families with kids & big groups. Villa Nicte is located in the quiet Veleta Neighborhood, 15 min from the beach, 10 min from town.
The space
Place consists of two apartments, lower apartment (Villas Nicte 1) has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is room for 7 guests, (Fiber Optic Internet) 150mbps and the upper apartment (Villas Nicte 2) has two bedrooms and two bathroom were 6 can sleep, (Fiber Optic Internet) 80mbps the property guests can rent both apartments or any of them according to the number of guests.
Still surrounded by jungle, if you like a quiet and peaceful place specially at night we are the option.
Our accommodation accepts pets of no more than 10kg and giving prior notice to the complex administration

Villas Nicte Tulum, consists of two flats with independent access. The lower one consists of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed that sleeps two and has an in suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (one hide under the berth) and a berth that has a full bed and a twin on top so 5 guest can sleep in this living area consists of dining and kitchen integrated which seats 4 people (with a portable table that can seat additional 4). Access to this flat can be from the front of the villa or from the back. It has a terrace with a hammock and chairs to rest with a view to the pool.
The upper flat features two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed accommodating two guests, and another with two full beds accommodating up to four guests. There are two bathrooms—one en suite in the primary bedroom and another, full bath with a shower, accessible from the family area. The family area includes a comfortable living room and a dining space that seats six. The kitchen is equipped with a counter that offers seating for an additional guests.

Place is very quiet and if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is it.
We supply bed sheets, towels, bathroom soap, and bottled water during your stay. We have our own potable water well and a backup power plant and solar panels in case of power shortage.
*At this time, there is no washer and dryer available for guest use at the property. The machines on-site are reserved strictly for our team’s operational use. Thank you for your understanding.
Basic cleaning included once a week.

*Local Environment Notice:* In all parts of Tulum, occasional construction may occur on nearby streets. While this part of La Veleta is generally very peaceful, birds, dogs, roosters, horns, bicycle vendors and neighbors are all capable of generating noise. Guests should not expect complete silence 24/7, anywhere in Tulum.
*Important Utility Service Notice:* In Tulum (and throughout Mexico), electricity is provided by the federal power commission, and occasional outages can occur without notice. These are typically brief, but during any outage, water flow and internet service will also be affected since they rely on electricity. Please note that internet is offered as a complimentary amenity and, as with all services provided by local utilities, occasional interruptions may happen. By reserving this property, you acknowledge and accept these factors, which are outside of our control.
*Pool Notice:* Our pools and plunge pools are not heated and do not function as a jacuzzi or hot tubs. They are designed for cooling off and relaxing in Tulum’s warm tropical climate. Please be aware, you will see our pool team servicing all of our pools and surrounding patios Monday through Saturday. Also, the pool filtration system will run on a set timer and will circulate a few times each day.
