It provides the perfect balance between serenity and proximity to local towns beaches, bars & restaurants. Just an 18 minute walk to the beach and small supermarket & 18 minute drive to ibiza town.

You can also ask our incredible recommended chef Matteo to cook a wonderful meal for you at the villa - creating a holiday at home experience. It is the perfect place if you are looking for privacy and tranquility in your surroundings. And our villa is only an 18 minute walk to the beautiful Cala Tarida white wash sandy beach, fisherman hut coves with crystal clear waters and a small supermarket - you will have everything you need for a perfect stay!
Airbnb has now incorporated their 18.5% service fee within the total price shown on our page rather than showing the guests service charge on top. Feel free to send us a message to help discuss and decide your perfect dates as the airbnb algorithm can sometimes be quite confusing! We do get booked up incredibly quickly - normally a year or so in advance and we take bookings all year round back to back so if we don’t have space this year we hope to welcome you next year!
You can drop your bags at the villa any time from 11:00am. Buzz will do a check-in walk through with you and give you the keys so that you can come back later that day from 3pm once the villa has been cleaned and prepared after changeover. As Cala Tarida beach is only a 5 minute drive away or 20 minute walk away we would recommend going there for lunch and enjoying a swim before heading back to the villa for check-in at 3pm.

Cala Tarida beach, a lovely walk away, has a long stretch of soft white sand and crystal clear waters, with lots of restaurants and bars with a great atmosphere. Our favourite place to swim is also a secret cove just over the rocks from the main beach surrounded by fisherman’s huts which we will share the location with you. The waters really are beautiful and after a morning swim you can then collect a warm croissant from the bakery section in the supermarket on the way back to the villa.
Although some may say we are biased … the West really is the most beautiful part of the island for us and so many people. Incredible white sand beaches and wonderful restaurants and white wash towns with greenery and Mountain Views. A short drive away is the viewing point to look out onto Es Vedra to watch the sunset. We have incredible recommendations so do just ask to help plan your perfect trip! And the island is so small you can reach so many places you’d like to go in a short cab ride or drive away. Ibiza town or the airport is only a quick 18 minutes drive from the villa so you can get anywhere you like so easily.
The main house offers 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms and then the beautiful tranquil cassita annexe which is just behind the villa offers a secret escape with two more separate self contained bedrooms either side of a terrace which separates the bedrooms. In the main villa, three of the bedrooms have super king beds and two of the rooms have two single beds in each room, which can also be pushed together to make a double bed for couples. These two twin rooms can also be made into triple rooms with use of our two spare single beds too if you want three people to share the room in single beds.
On the left of the cassita annexe behind the villa is a self-contained bedroom with super king bed and en-suite. And to the right is another self contained spacious bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed and outdoor shower and toilet. Our two spare single beds also fit well in the left Cassita annexe room to make another double bed so that two double beds are in one room.
The villa itself has so many different chill out areas and sections so big groups can enjoy and not feel on top of eachother and if each bed is used we can fit sixteen to eighteen if needed. We also have 2 toddler mattresses and 2 small child mattresses (we would suggest for kids up to the age of 10) that can go on the floor in any bedroom and 3 baby cots. We also have a changing mat and 2 high chairs.
The villa has air conditioning and smart TV in every bedroom as well as air conditioning in all the communal areas. We have a hairdryer in each room, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. so all the essentials for your stay.
The main house offers views through the villa to the south facing infinity pool, sun terrace and garden, onto breath-taking mountain views. Due to the south facing position of the villa we are blessed with the sun that shines on us from day to evening. The lunch and dinner outside terrace has a large dining table with a waterproof bamboo roof for added comfort whilst dining. We also have night lights surrounding the terrace and inside the pool so you can swim until your hearts content.
The spacious modern floor space of 500 sqm² and outdoor dining area including 250 sqm² sun terrace, gardens and infinity pool, makes this the perfect villa for families or groups of friends. The south facing pool terrace has Sonos outdoor speaker system, BBQ, outdoor beds and sun loungers and access to the park land and gardens for walks around its 24 acre plot. There is table tennis table and other outdoor games.
Yoga mats are also available for you to use on our yoga platform surrounded by nature. We know a wonderful and friendly yoga teacher who is familiar with the villa, who can visit to give yoga lessons, massages and physiotherapy on request. We also have a gym deck under a beautiful pine trees to offer dappled shade and an array of weights, a punching bag hanging from the tree and battle ropes to enjoy a workout if you feel in the gym spirit during your trip!
We also have number for our incredible michelin star chef who comes to the villa and details for amazing boat trips to take you to Formentera for the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has two large Bosch Fridge Freezers, SMEG oven and Nespresso coffee machines. The lounge area has a Bose Home Cinema System and Netflix, YouTube, Prime TV and apps with fireplace and mountain views.
The infinity pool, gardens, barbecue, table tennis, yoga platform behind the villa in the woodland grounds and games will keep you entertained all day. We also have sonos surround sound speakers around the pool and terrace as well as inside which links to your spotify to enjoy great music. We have an L shaped seating area by the pool with comfy cushions and a table for sundowners and also chilling in the day and evening! We also have a new circular seating area alongside the garden for relaxing and chatting and is especially lovely for morning coffees listening to the birds or sundowners after a day by the pool! We also have three hammocks where you can chill or read outside the cassita house within our designated hammock area!
Our extra large sunbeds are strategically placed next to each other which fit 2-4 people each facing the infinity pool and incredible Mountain views and we also have 4 single sun loungers so groups can chat in close proximity all day! We also have a beautiful Bali bed outside the main pool room for romantic days/evenings.
We have an incredible Michelin star Spanish restaurant at the end of the road called S’espartar who do takeaway paella and spanish cuisine, and there is a fantastic pizza restaurant a 10 minute drive away for takeaway collection.
During the months of July and August, our check-in and check-out days only fall on a Saturday with 7 day minimum stay. Every other month you can check in any day.
If you would like to come for a cosy stay in the winter with underfloor heating, log fire, and bath then it is a beautiful surrounding with idyllic walks and cosy evenings.
We always give our guests the numbers of our 2 trusted and loyal designated mini bus cab drivers who have worked with us for over 6 years transporting our guests to ensure the security of our villa and guests. They seat 7-17 people so you can all go together to your destination and can book any confirmed nights in advance!
If you are only needed a taxi for a small number of guests on the spur of the moment there is also the municipal taxis you can use.
Although we have never had any issues and the the villa is extremely safe and secure there is an alarm for extra peace of mind which is linked to the police and alarm company who come straight away if it is sounded. We also have safes if you wish to store any valuables.
Unfortunately we do not cater for young groups of under age 27, hens, stags/bachelor parties or all male group holidays as we have been saddened by extremely bad experiences in the past and a lot of damage has been caused. The guardia civil has urged owners to write in their airbnb descriptions that Villas rented for illegal parties in Ibiza carry fines for organisers of 300,000 euros and 85,000 for those who attend.
However if you are sure to be respectful and care for our home during a hen do as long as it is for a respectful stay then we are happy to hear from you. We also unfortunately have a no confetti or glitter policy in the villa as it is so hard to clean up.
There is also a 39 euro per person check out cleaning fee (based on 12 people and above) as a contribution towards all laundry, towels and check out clean fee per person taken on your checkout day which is either left in cash on your last day or paid via transfer to the cleaners.
If you would like a mid week clean during your stay this would also be 75 euros.
On your last day if you have a later flight you can ask Chiara to collect you from the villa and take you to Playa d’en Bossa where there is 24/7 luggage storage and lots of options for beach restaurants/clubs to spend your last day like Beach House Ibiza or Nassau beach club etc. before heading to the airport which is 5 minutes drive from there. Also Atzaro spa is really beautiful and for 100 euros each you can have a sunbed at the spa and 70 euros goes towards food and drink all day while relaxing by the incredible pool all day before heading to the airport.
