House vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at the finca and had an unforgettable time. The house and property are even more beautiful than in the photos, the view is a dream! I would book this place again at any time and have also recommended it several times in my friend and circle of acquaintances ❤️ The inflatable pool toys were broken and we disposed of them, for that we left our swimming rings and air mattresses for the next guests:))

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful view from the backyard. Big property with a lot of privacy. 15 min walk to Soller center. Nicely renovated and clean. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and are a little tight on the top floor. Light on towels.

What a beautiful home! The short walk to the beach was worth every penny - absolutely stunning views. We had everything we needed and appreciated our communicative hosts! We were only bummed to learn that “hot tub” meant a bath tub, nothing outdoors. Otherwise, this house had everything we needed for our party of 8 :)

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish and decorated with a lot of love for detail, there were even oranges on the dining table, a bottle of cava in the fridge and a fresh bouquet of flowers in the living room. The location is great, the pool a dream and the kitchen excellently equipped - it really had everything you need. A special thank you to the incredibly nice hosts - Francesca & Juan - super friendly, committed and with excellent communication. This particular accommodation was not available but luckily Interhome as an intermediair offered a wonderful alternative. They were very accommodating to our needs and quick to respond.

We wanted to enjoy our late summer in Mallorca, close to the beach near Palma. The house was really very nice. Despite some hotel balconies, the outdoor area was very nice and cozy as it is built above the garage. We felt very safe, but still present. The house was tastefully clean! The amenities such as washing machine or the large kitchen are also very good! We would come back anytime. The shop can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, the beach in 5 minutes. Restaurants can also be reached quickly and the evening beer is also a maximum of 15 minutes walk away :). Beautiful house, pretty small but nice. The beds in the house are soft and big!! Very nice.. Great tv and outside garden and roof terrace are beautiful. 2 things to concider. You need a small car because parking close to the house a problem with big car and it's a small house. Perfect with 4 persons, more will be crowded. But def 5 stars😃

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and all the amenities you need. Toni was very friendly and helpful, always available if needed. The apartment was in a great spot and basically you could reach the rest of the island within 30 mins of driving, lovely local beaches within 10-15 mins. For easy eating, some great local bars within walking distance. Thanks Toni for a lovely stay, will recommend to family and friends and we hope to be back some day.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 3 nights, it is perfect for 4-5 people to share as there are 2 bathrooms and we had everything we needed, although we didn’t spend much time at other than sleeping. Carlos is the best host - very responsive and flexible. The house is in a quiet area, very well located and it was very easy to order taxis with the app; most beach clubs / venues are 10-20 minutes away. Would recommend.

What a lovely villa, spacious, and everything we needed. Loved that 8 separate beds as we were a group of friends celebrating my 60th. Jaime had notified us of builders next door beforehand so not an issue, actually advantageous in carrying one of our group who broke her foot whilst away. I contacted Jaime to recommend a hospital but he insisted on coming to collect us, taking us to hospital and lending us a pair of crutches. We were able to walk to most places but also used Uber to get around. Thoroughly recommend and would love to revisit.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us very much. The sea and various nice places are easily accessible by car. Our flight was not until 7 PM and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!

Alessio gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. He reacted very fast when we had questions. The villa is large and very convenient.

Hina is an excellent hostess. She provided suggestions and tips of restaurants and things to do, her property felt cozy and comfortable, and there are so many cool places to hang out right on the property including a nice terrace, a yard, and a covered patio. Fantastic location close to a market, quick access to the beach. Air conditioning was excellent and it was great having a washing machine to refresh our laundry from our previous stay.
