We had a great stay at the villa as a family with two kids (5 and 7). Fantastic seating, plenty of space and basically good amenities (especially kitchen). The pool was refreshing and a lot cooler than swimming in the sea, but still usable in October. The location is very quiet and just around the corner from the Cova d'en Xoroi (5 min. walk). In particular, the mood in the evening with the sunsets is very nice. We drove to the center and to the beach of Cala d'en Porter by rental car, whereby it would be easily accessible for adults on foot. All in all we had a very nice stay and we enjoyed the place very much. Communication with Victor also went smoothly. Muchas Gracias an Victor!

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

Great hosts, very responsive, and they left us a lovely welcome pack! Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The little extras like beach towels, toiletries etc. were very appreciated. The pool was a huge hit, it was cold (April) but we still went in everyday and the kids had so much fun. We hired a car, so getting around was easy, but the beach, restaurants, etc are all in easy walking distance from the villa. Sunsets from the roof terrace are stunning! Would highly recommend, great villa, great hosts. We hope to return!

We stayed in the house for a little over a week. The location of the house is good to explore the whole island. We had asked about a way to get into the house earlier than indicated due to our earlier flight. When we landed on the island, I had already been notified of how to get to the house and where to find the key. We had 1-2 small problems in the house. Messages were answered quickly and immediately. If you are looking for a house as a couple, this is the place to be. The place and amenities were perfect for me and my girlfriend. We will definitely come back to the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena and Iker’s property and felt home. Our entire family and friends enjoyed the facilities which were clean, perfectly presented and maintained. It was too easy to get in touch with Helen and Iker and they provided extended and fast response to all our queries from food recommendations and even chef recommendations. Property is at a 10 minutes walk from the beach and was no shortage of scenic walks and trails nearby. Shops and restaurants are located nearby at a walkable distance of 7-8 minutes. Some of my family and friends reached Ibiza before checkin time and Iker was able to allow checkin before scheduled time, which was a great of Iker. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to visit this great Airbnb again soon! Thanks Helena and Iker

Clean and quiet house. Amazing exterior with a nice terrace. Very functional. Olga is very responsive and welcoming. Too bad the pool was cold at that time but it looks amazing. The only downside is that there is a bit of humidity inside but you have to remember to ventilate well all day.

This is possibly the most beautiful villa we’ve stayed in! The outside space is outstanding, the garden is beautiful, plenty of different areas to sit and the pool is glorious! There was 9 of us staying and the villa accommodated us perfectly, plenty of space for us all. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, it really is home from home! The villa is in a lovely private location and very quiet even though it’s only a 5 minute walk into the town. Lovely restaurant’s and bar’s near by and a well stocked supermarket. Owen is the perfect host, communication was excellent and very quick to respond. We’ve had an incredible 2 week holiday in Owen’s villa and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
