The villa boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen (renovated 06/2023), an inviting centerpiece for culinary delights. The three plush bedrooms offer a serene escape, each with a comfortable bed, premium linens, and ample storage. Bathroom styling is modern and chic, entirely remodeled in 06/2023.
Step out to the lanai, your oasis featuring a heated swimming pool, comfortable loungers, and an outdoor screened-in dining area to host memorable alfresco meals and sunset beverages. A sophisticated pool screen has been ordered and installed in October 2023.
Each room in the villa is outfitted with a TV; Smart TVs enhance the living spaces. The villa also features an office and welcomes extra guests under permission and added charge.

3. **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** All three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible during your stay. This includes the master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and a shared bathroom.
