This house is located in a quiet area, approximately 2 minutes walk from the center of Câmara de Lobos. Here you can enjoy the excellent Madeiran cuisine, as well as the famous drinks (poncha and nikita) next to the picturesque bay.
The center of Câmara de Lobos is well served by public transport with frequent connections to Funchal, Cabo Girão and other parts of the island.
It is also possible to find several local shops, Pingo Doce supermarket at 500 meters, pharmacies, etc.

The space
The house has a large space with all the necessary conditions for a wonderful vacation. This has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with access to the balcony with sea view, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen and living room with Smart TV and internet access (wi-fi).

Guest access
The property is accessed through the main gate and stairs to the 1st floor. This property has a garage, but unfortunately it cannot be used by guests, as it is used by third parties. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

Other things to note
There is free parking on the street where the villa is located, although sometimes it is occupied by locals. On the street in front (Nova Cidade Avenue) there is paid parking (0,60€/h) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. , being free outside these hours. Alternatively, there is also 200 meters from the property, a paid covered parking lot "Parking City of Lobos", Av. da Autonomy 6, Câmara de Lobos, which is OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY.
