Please note that this building is a duplex. There is a separate entrance and separate space for your stay but wanted to give you heads up so you're not surprised.

Home resides in a residential neighborhood of San Leandro. We don't have a dedicated parking spot but street parking is available for guests to use around the home at the convenience.

We will remind you again during check-in but please be cautious not to park in front of our neighbor's driveway. We have a designated parking spot in the front of the home. Please feel free to park there. If you need additional spots, street parking is readily available in front of the home and is typically easy to find. PLEASE DO NOT park on the driveway as there is another unit at the back and also PLEASE DO NOT PARK by the neighbor's driveway. We had previous guest get towed as they weren't mindful of neighobrs and we don't want you go through that issue.
