This barn dominium is the perfect getaway comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests with open- concept design & modern finishes. The fully equipped kitchen has dual refrigerators with ice, griddle + stove. It is perfect for preparing meals together while inviting everyone to gather around for unforgettable feasts. It offers 2 bedrooms + 2 baths,1 of which is handicap accessible + a large loft for 8 more guests. With a living area, bathroom and wet bar , TV with lots of games for the kids

Guess have access to the entire house if booking the upstairs and downstairs however the downstairs can be booked separately by inquiries only but not during scallop season June 15 through Labor Day weekend

We have boat slips available to rent for $75 per night
These are an add on and you can book up to 2 if booked immediately after booking your reservation.
If guests waits to book the boat slips they may not be available

The garage spaces are not accessible This is the owners personal storage area

Details to know this property is not on the water but does come with optional Boat slips for an additional fee ,they are private “Waterfront Poverty” and they are rented by the night for $75 per slip.

Exterior of property has charcoal smoker/ grill, exterior seating on porch, water for rinsing off boat after a day of scalloping/ fishing

Guests do not have access to the garage or back yard
