Bedroom: Rest peacefully on a queen-size bed with crisp, all-white modern linens. The bedroom also includes a 4K TV, alarm clock, nightstand charge ports, and a luggage rack for your convenience.

Living Room: Unwind in the living area featuring a pull out queen sleeper sofa, a 42-inch 4K LED TV, air conditioning, and a sofa table equipped with USB charging ports. Step out onto your private oceanfront balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and panoramic views.

Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size electric stove, microwave, coffee station, and blender.

Bathroom: Refresh in the bathroom’s oversized rain shower, with towels, makeup towels, toiletries, and hand lotion provided for your comfort.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to condo including private oceanfront balcony. For a smooth and hassle-free check-in, the condo features a keypad entrance allowing access to the unit with a unique code provided before your arrival.

Guests have access to all the facilities within the Topsail Reef HOA including tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills and high speed internet/cable.

In the unit there are two parking passes for convenient on-site parking. For your convenience, the on-site laundry facilities can be accessed using either a mobile app or coins.

Other things to note
As shown in photos Topsail Reef is located right on the beach. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24-hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours. To view tide schedules online look for “New River Inlet’s” tide schedule.

House rules: No smoking, vaping in the house. No parties or events permitted at our home. Quite time is between 10:00pm - 8:00am daily. Any guest not abiding by these house rules will be reported to Airbnb and ordered to vacate our home.

- Sandbags- Please be mindful to stay off the sandbags that surround the pillars of the condo association buildings. These are in place to help slow the beach erosion and are not to be sat or walked on.

- Pets- Unfortunately, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed for guests. *Emotional support animals are also NOT allowed- please also review Airbnb’s policy on ESAs as well as our House Rules for more details. Please be aware and respectful of the residents in our community- they are permitted to have pets and they are required to be registered with the HOA.
