Beachfront vacation rentals in North Topsail Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

We visited Daniel's condo for our 44th wedding anniversary. We just wished we had stayed 3 nights instead of 2 nights. We have not been to Surf City in probably 9 years so was surprised at the amount of folks that were out and about. Of course, it was Easter weekend as well. It is also interesting that to park in many locations you now "pay" to park. The condo was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed all the "extras" that were left for us. One thing we struggled with was trying to figure out how to "start" the microwave, LOL. Guess we are showing our age!! We would definitely come back and also refer our friends and family to the condo! Thanks again for everything.

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

We couldn’t have selected a better location for the two family 4 kid long weekend. Kids could scooter along the pedestrian road and the playground is within visibility from inside the house. Great amenities and every item you could need from a kitchen was available. The view of the ocean from the top balcony was beautiful.

The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

Beautiful place, excellent location!!!

We had a great, almost week here! The house was huge (3 floors). Would be great for multiple families. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The location, balconies, and hot tub were some of our favorite parts. The communication from owners was top notch. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

Pictures do not do this place justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking! We stayed here with my four kids and they loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. We also loved waking up to the ocean views. Amy’s place was very clean and the small touches she adds made the experience unforgettable! I would definitely stay again!!

Great location, loved the hot tub with the ocean view, we saw dolphins every day we were there. We had an issue caused by a winter storm, but the host addressed it very promptly and ensured we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

This is a wonderful home with beautiful views of the ocean. We could have spent all day every day on the top level deck watching the beach and ocean. We will definitely consider this home again when we need to relax at the beach.

I decided to come down to get some work done and chose this place and it was an awesome decision. It was so peaceful, easy to find the room as well as cozy and comfy. There’s a restaurant right next to the room, which is perfect for any quick bites and amazing view outside. It was quite peaceful and I actually did a lot of my work sitting out on the patio. Definitely a nice place to spend your night at in Topsail!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

Will visit again! The location can’t get any better if you want to be right on the beach when you open the backdoor.

Our family loved Jennifer’s place. The location can’t be beat when you are right on the beach. We had 5 adults and a dog and we had plenty of space in the townhouse. We will for sure stay here again

This home exceeded our expectations! The location of this home was just beautiful. The home itself was very roomy yet cozy for 2 families with 3 children to enjoy. It was also super clean. This Airbnb had the best equipped kitchen i’ve ever seen in a rental with plenty of good quality pots, pans, dishes bowls, various glassware for cocktails, and grilling tools. Even plenty of plastic dishes for kids, ziplock bags and plastic wrap! No detail was forgotten. There are plenty of areas to enjoy meals or just hang out inside the house , out on the deck or on the patio. I also wanted to mention there were plenty of towels, extra pillows and bedding for all 7 of us. I didn’t have any issues but reached out to Matthew to let him know we were very pleased with his home and he responded right away. Matthew’s home provided us with the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Emerald Isle and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!

This place was exactly as listed. The access to the beach made it so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Gorgeous spot with killer view not done justice in the photo. Beach access is very convenient across the street (there is a bit of a dune to get over when climbing back up from beach, may not be great for elderly) but there is VERY close public access as well which is a bit easier access. Well stocked and large kitchen, thoughtful and comfortable furniture and beds, good quality linens and clean and cute hot tub/outdoor shower area. The house would be great for two families and still offer tons of privacy as every room has its own deck, the marsh view (back of house) is arguably more special than the ocean view (front of house). The breeze when opening front and back deck door was gorgeous. The house was also clean and even though pet friendly, we did not feel we were in a “pet” home (no fur/dog hair on furniture, etc). It is on the main road as clearly noted in picture, and it quiets down in the evening. With doors closed you could barely hear the road. Great stay!
