This delightful 2 bedroom/2 bath, second-floor condo with mini suite is located in the Champions neighborhood of Sea Trail. The unit features 2 Double beds in bedroom one and 2 Double beds in bedroom two, each with a spacious bathroom attached.
The space
This 2nd floor Sea Trail condo, with elevator access, has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Located in the Champions of Sea Trail Plantation, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa can serve as one large condo or two separate units. The main villa features a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, a dining and living area, a large bedroom, a bathroom, and laundry facilities. The living area opens to a screened balcony overlooking the Byrd golf course.
The connecting lockout mini-suite has its own private entrance, a well-equipped kitchenette, a large bedroom, and a bathroom. This setup is ideal for teens or traveling companions seeking a bit of privacy. The community pool is just steps away, and beautiful Sunset Beach is a short 5-minute drive. Sunset Beach is one of the premier coastal vacation destinations in the Carolinas. You are just minutes away from Ocean Isle or Calabash, known for its famous seafood, and only a 30-minute drive to Myrtle Beach attractions. This is a no smoking, no parties and no events rental!
