This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

We stayed in Jody’s apartment for a week-long visit to Wilmington. I was traveling with my family, so we wanted the comforts of home while exploring a new city. This apartment’s well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and ideal downtown location gave us just that. Jody is an excellent communicator—always friendly, proactive, and quick to respond. She even coordinated with her cleaning team to get us in a bit early, so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting around with our bags in the rain. I highly recommend this spot if you want to stay downtown without hearing downtown all night long. The street is quiet and private, yet still just a stone’s throw from so many great places. Check out Savard right down the block—it just opened this week!

Beautiful beach front property! The condo was extremely clean and had a gorgeous view. Only a few steps until the ocean! Harmony had the condo fully stocked with all of the necessities, such as beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, Harmony was extremely responsive and was great to communicate with. The outdoor patio area that overlooked the ocean was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! There's a roof top bar one floor above which was really fun! Can be noisy on the weekends, but we expected that so it was perfect! Really great place to stay if you're looking for a really convenient location to all the bars/restaurants in Wilmington. We were able to bar crawl and walk right back home. We had a great time! It was awesome.

This was an amazing place and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. While it rained the entire time we were there, it did not take away the amazing view of the river and the closeness of all things downtown. This was a great place to stay. We plan to return.

Very beautiful condo! The view is incredible and the furnishings in the unit are very nice. Be aware that you are in the entertainment district so you’ll hear music and nightlife but it doesn’t last too late in the evening. We didn’t mind it at all but just a note for future visitors. Already trying to plan a trip to stay here again!!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my partner and dogs, the location was a short walk to downtown wilmington and it was fantastic to have onsite parking since we drove to the beach during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay here again.

This home was perfect for our group. The home is completely updated and spacious. The listing is accurate. T Daniel has a really great place and we enjoyed our stay.We loved the front porch and back deck to just sit and have our coffee T Daniel was responsive and helpful. When in Carolina Beach again, we will definitely see if this is available.

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Rueben’s home is a beautiful place and very relaxing! It was very clean and had fun family games to play. I definitely recommend staying here.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

Enjoyed our stay! Right on the ocean!! Gorgeous views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen! Comfortable and homey! Appreciated all the essentials that were available-- coffee, paper plates, straws, etc! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunset Beach at Jane’s condo. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. We have nothing negative to share. James kept us updated before our vacation date plus during our time there. He was quick to respond and advised us on golf courses etc. Great host. We would definitely return to this property. 😊

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was in the perfect location super walkable to everything we needed. The space itself was adorable, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and so well maintained. It had everything we could’ve asked for and more. Already looking forward to coming back!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Great spot with easy access to the beach and a water view of Jinks creek on the back porch. Well stocked condo and we loved having the storage locker available for use.

Enjoyed our weekend stay-cation with a riverfront view, beaches to explore, pier to fish and pool to cool off. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed for our stay. Big soft beach towels, lots of water bottles to stay hydrated, variety of coffee cups, air purifier helped drown the noise of the surrounding guests and the bed was so soft and comfortable with the softest sheets!

The location is great with a view of Jinks Creek, beach access very close, the pool onsite is enjoyable. The host provides clear instructions on check in and recommendations of things to do in area.
