Built in 1894 and taking a total of 10 years to complete, The Greenway Trigg building is a wealth of charm and history.

The Greenway Trigg building underwent a massive update in 2022 and is ready for bookings, new life, and has new and modern retail spaces.

This listing has had a complete make over! Previous reviews will specify things that are not applicable to the new space! Please be aware of that!

Enjoy the new retail spaces on the main level of the building, and the many pieces of art available for sale in the foyers of the grand old building.

Don't forget to peruse SONDER home + travel where you can find amenities used in your Suite available to purchase and take home with you.

Not only will you have a comfortable and private space to stay while visiting, you will enjoy the beauty of the design, history of the space, and the quaint and peaceful vibe of the area.

Other things to note
If you are bringing a dog- we ask that all pets are kept off the furniture. THIS IS A MUST. We are happy to have your pet stay, and are able to by requiring an additional pet fee. If we find that there is a pet and we were not notified previously, a $250 fee will be added to the booking total.
