You'll find Mt. Yotei upfront and Mt. Annupuri besides even from this holiday home.

Suitable for family or group up to 4 people who loves chilling out and spend time in the nature.

As we have no public transportation within walking distance, rent-a-car will be the most convenient way to go out.
Accessible by vehicle to the several ski resorts(7-25 min. drive), as well as various onsen.

Floor plan :
1st Floor ; Living & dining space with 3 couches at where masonry heater and chimney in the center, curved kitchen, kitchen counter, toilet, shower room, changing space
Mezzanine Floor ; private room with 1 double bed, desk, chair, easy chair
2nd Floor ; loft with 2 single beds, lounge chair, coffee table

Notes : no TV, no bathtub, no washing machine, no clock, no air conditioner during summer season.

Instead, we have iPad (Hulu available) & projector, various public onsen (hot springs )around, quietness, ceiling fan & an electrical standing fan

For your convenience, 1 box of coal, and 1 bunch of fire wood is free to use as 1st time usage. Sales for any extra.

During heating season, we provide daily Firing Service of the fireplace.
While at your staying or are away at mid day ( takes app. 2 hrs./ time / day ). The fireplace is called " Heat storage woodburning heater " , the intensive 2 hrs firing stores the heat to its body, and radiant the gentle heat for the next 12hrs for your additional warmth.
No worries, other heating devices ( floor heating & panel heating ) heat whole space even without fireplace.
Firing is just for your chills.

Tree Shell Niseko is an owner built holiday home. Interior design and decorations as well.
Harmony of the organic and the inorganic materials makes the unsmoothy curved walls.

+ Maximum capacity is 5 people : that includes a child under 12. Please let us know in advance for an optional 1 extra futon set ( mattress & comforter /@2,200) . That will be located in the double bed room.

Rent-a-car is the most convenient way to go out during your stay.
The closest bus depot, onsen, convenience stores are not within walking distance.

Unavailable facilities : TV ( streaming service available on iPad & projecter ), dishwasher, and a bathtub ( shower room only )

In green season, you may be aware of the agricultural tractors brrrr sound in the morning. It is not avoidable as this holiday home belongs to the local farm community.

During summer time, no αir conditioner inside the cottage. We have a ceiling fan, and a standing electric fun instead.

The displayed accommodation rate includes the accommodation tax of Niseko town.

This holiday home stands in the woods among the local farm lands, quiet atmosphere.
Locates in between Niseko station and the Annupuri ski resort.
Accessible by car : Annupuri, Moiwa, Higashiyama, and Hirafu, in app. 10-25 min. / 5 min. to the closest seven eleven / 7 min. to the closest onsen
Good news for onsen lovers, there are not only a few onsens within half an hour drive.
Also, one day drive to Shakotan area (seashore road between Iwanai and Yoichi) will show you other prospect on your mouth and eyes.
In green season, tend to be cooler as it stands under the tree canopies.
Summer activities such as rafting, golfing, biking, and horse back riding and more is available in this area.
Recommend several cozy cafes and a bakery on your way up to :

Note during Winter Season : Niseko area is an international ski resort area,so anytime since December until the end of March, calling taxi, restaurant booking, and rent-a-car will be extremely difficult especially by the big number of group. We suggest earlier booking for better result.
