It’s a nice cabin, everything is just as it says on the website. Location is good for both Hakodate and Lake Onuma. We came in winter so didn’t use the outdoor area but it seems like there is BBQ area, pizza oven and a selection of games for kids. I liked that there was as much wood for the fire as we needed (some places scam you for the wood). The owner was helpful and friendly. One small issue is the WiFi package - it is not limitless WiFi (looks like 50GB per month) and as we came near the end of the month, it ran out… I guess it was a good chance to get kids off screens.

Easily walkable from the local tram. Just 2 mins walk. Right by a huge convenience store. Good bathroom with deep tub. Heater works well, very clean and easy to get to. Elevator is nice. Just a few tram stops away from the major Jr station. English communication and easy check in instructions.

The place was big. Well design. Love the view and it is actually beside the sea. very comfortable . It is very private and the whole villa belong to you only. I would recommended for those have big family and need privacy. Sure surely come back to experience Japanese living.

It's a wonderful place to stay! There are also a lot of beds, so it can be used by a large group, and it was fully equipped with amenities, which was very helpful. Above all, there is a tram station within 1-2 minutes on foot, and the access is the best. It was a great place for sightseeing because you can walk to Hakodate Station and red brick without using the tram. It was also very smooth in terms of communication.There were times when I was inconvenienced by this inconvenience, but it was really helpful to have the flexibility to accommodate that. I definitely want to use it again when I have a chance!

We loved staying here. Yabunaka is a fantastic host and was very kind and welcoming. We were even left some treats as we checked in, which were very nice after a long day of travel. The home is spacious and easy to find. The surrounding area is very walkable and the home is just around the corner from a tram stop. If we ever find ourselves back in Hakodate, we will be staying here again!

We love this house! One of the perfect choices for family or group of friends (3-4 persons). The house located in the central of Hakodate attentions. Almost all places (excluding the "Goryukaku") are in walkable distance. This area, however, is rather quieted all day long. The house is clean and well equipped. The upper floor has bedroom with 2 beds, cozy living room and one toilet while the first floor has another bedroom (with 2 beds) along with sink area, toilet and bathroom seperatly. Nice and super convenience accommodation for everyone! Highly recommend!
