This Tiny House is a city's hidden gem. Nestled in a diversity cultured neighborhood ..a beautiful relaxing hide-away. Cozy bedroom studio that sleeps 1-2 people. Centrally located on a one way street providing a 5 min drive to Downtown and the city's everything beautiful, business & entertaining. Rich with social opportunities. Secluded behind the gated main home, with private entrance, parking, outdoor patio, and BBQ grill. Here's a certain Suburbanization within the Urban life.

The space
A cozy studio that sleeps 1-2 people maximum in 1 queen bed. includes kitchenette, Living space w/two seater sofa, 75 in T.V, work space, and 1BA. Carefully designed to create a welcoming atmosphere.

This Tiny City House is a city's tranquility centrally located in a diversity cultured neighborhood on a one way street. Secluded behind the gated main house it provides a beautiful retreat. Private entrance and private parking. It's a stand alone Studio with outdoor patio, firepit and BBQ grill.

Other things to note
My husband and I are proud owners of this property. Married for 35yrs we happily raised our six adult children. All the children are married off into their own homes raising families, w/the exception of our last Twin young adult girls( 30yrs) who now reside in the main house w/ two grandchildren( girl 5yrs & boy 2yrs) , and a fur baby... our loving lil' Shorkie dog . The Studio stands alone behind the main house w/ Private entrance, outdoor patio, firepit and BBQ grill.

This Tiny House is located within a diversity cultured neighborhood.. central to everything wonderful in the city of Rochester. only a 5min drive to the Beautiful downtown...It's wonderful Public Market...Historical sites...and Museums. A 3min walk to Rochester General Hospital and 5 min from the town of Irondequoit. It's WONDERFUL being so close to EVEVRYTHING I want or need.
