*Smoking / Vaping is allowed in the back yard ONLY. Violators will be subject to a smoking fee of $500.
*Pool heating is for a fee of $40 a night. We do not do partial stay heating. If you book for 5 nights you must heat all 5 nights. This is due to the time it takes to heat a pool in the winter months.
* Pool security/safety fence will be up when you check in, these fences are fully removable if you would like. For liability reasons we cannot remove the fence for you. We do kindly ask if you take them down to please put them back up at check out.
*Our pool is professionally cleaned. Our Pool company will arrive on Thursdays to clean the pool. This day may vary due to weather
* Our yard is professionally landscaped you may see the lawn crew mowing the grass on Tuesdays, in the summer and every other Tuesday in the fall and winter. This day may vary due to weather.
* We do have professional pest control. Please let us know asap if you see any pests, we will send them out asap!
