We’ve stocked the condo with quality linens, plush towels, and cozy pillows to help you unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, dine, and feel at home.

To make your visit as seamless as possible, we keep the following essentials stocked in the unit:

You’ll also be provided with a fresh roll of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests should plan to bring additional paper goods and personal toiletries. Please note that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are not provided.

Step out onto your private, second-floor deck shaded by mature trees, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a peaceful summer evening in comfortable Adirondack chairs. While we keep the space well-maintained, occasional leaves and natural debris may fall due to the surrounding trees.
After a day at the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower and hose, ideal for rinsing off sand before heading inside.
A Note About Nature 🌿
During the warmer months, and due to the surrounding mature trees, you may occasionally notice small ants making their way into the unit. This is common in coastal and wooded areas. The best way to help prevent this is by keeping the front door closed as much as possible.
As a preventative measure, we proactively place ant traps in the condo to keep things under control. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we take steps to minimize this as much as possible so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Pet-Friendly Stay 🐾
We’re happy to welcome your furry family members! To help keep the space comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are well-managed during your stay. The condo is equipped with stainless steel dog bowls, poop bags, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, and Swiffer. If your dog is a heavy shedder, please utilize the vacuum throughout your stay. This helps maintain the longevity of the furniture as well as cleaning turnover time between our guest.
For everyone’s enjoyment, dogs must always remain on a leash when outdoors, and all pet waste must be promptly picked up and disposed of in the dumpster. While we understand that pets may bark from time to time, excessive barking can be disruptive to other homeowners and guests in the building, so we ask that this is minimized whenever possible. If any concerns or complaints arise, guests may be asked to return to the unit to tend to their pet.
Pets with high anxiety should be crated when left unattended. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, peaceful, and pet-friendly environment for all!
Games for a Cozy Night In 🎲
You’ll find a selection of card and board games in the unit, perfect for a relaxing night in after a day at the beach! We kindly ask that when you’re finished playing, you take a quick moment to make sure all pieces are returned to the box so the next guests can enjoy them too. After all, everyone has more fun when no pieces go missing 😊.
A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay 🛏️
To help keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask guests to rinse off excess sand outdoors before using the indoor shower or tub, as sand can sometimes cause slow drainage. While we routinely maintain the plumbing, extra Draino is available in the unit if needed, along with instructions on the bottle. During peak season, minor slow drainage can occasionally occur, and rinsing off beforehand helps significantly.
Beach towels and chairs are not provided; however, rentals are easily available nearby or in advance. Please check our Guidebook for our favorite local recommendations.

Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourself along with deck seating that is relatively private and well shaded.
Memorial Day- Labor Day: We cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. Please plan to check-in at 4:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
Early Arrival & Late Checkout: Please plan to park on the street, access to the assigned parking space is not available until your check-in time and must be vacated by your check-out time. The only exception is if we have made arrangements to accommodate your early arrival or late departure.
Other things to note
Minimum 3 night stay required during peak season May-Mid September. Some weeks require a longer minimum night stay. Please note we do not lower our minimum night stay during peak season.
No senior week rentals! Age minimum 25. Guest must send proof of ID.
Pet Fee: $125 per stay. Owner must disclose all pets at the time of booking. Dogs Only. Maximum of 2 pets.
Pet owners are expected to take dogs out often to prevent them from soiling the unit. Poop bags are provided and should be disposed in the dumpster after picking up your pets waste. Must follow all leash laws no matter how well trained your dog is. If your pet has separation anxiety and engages in excessive barking, chewing, or other destructive behavior you should be prepared to manage that and will be held financially responsible for any cost associated with destructive behavior.
