The house was huge—there was lots of space for everyone!! The WiFi was not working, but Marcia came right away and fixed it. The beds were comfortable!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is conveniently located close to everything we needed- shops, restaurants, and attractions, especially the huge playground park just a short drive away. The space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated how family-friendly the home was. They had a crib already set up for our 9-month-old, which made things so much easier for us. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

William's place was perfect for our three-night getaway and exactly as described. The house was a perfect fit for me, my wife, and two daughters and there was plenty to do for the kids. The house is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beach, but the immediate area also had plenty in the way of dining and other things to do. We travel up to OC about once a year and looking forward to hopefully staying here again.

Wonderful stay in a fun, family-friendly community. Close proximity to great restaurants and DE beach towns. House was spacious with great amenities. We look forward to renting again in the future!

This was the cleanest, nicest place we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect for our sister stay. Wonderful place, updated kitchen, bathrooms and easy to use sliders. Porch table and chairs, room darkening shades. Management company top of their game. Would love to come back with my husband, would also like to bring our medium sized non shedding dog, but $200 fee a stay be it two nights or two months is a bit steep. We have traveled with him a lot and have never seen a fee so high. I understand why it is so high with having to deep clean furniture and fumigate for those allergic who may rent after us. Keep up the great work, will check out some of your other locations, but the St. Tropez is going on a favorite list! Thank you!!

Very impressed after walking through the front door. Really nice house on the inside and everything was very presentable. Kitchen was very nice and looked amazing and there is even a patio in the back to just sit and relax. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Had a small issue arise but Drexann took care of it and I appreciate the way the situation was handled and the house. Would absolutely love to stay again if every coming back.

The Crabby Cottage was even nicer than the photos, several pieces of furniture had been replaced. It is a very attractive and comfortable interior. The kitchen is very well stocked. The backyard is very private and inviting. The location is very convenient, a close drive to Bethany Beach. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, great for walking the dogs. Thanks for such a great place, really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

Beautiful condo and great location for an off season getaway. Great views. The place was well stocked with anything that we could need during our stay. Also lots of storage space. Everything seemed brand new and was spotlessly clean. Linens and towels were provided which was very convenient. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms to set up the crates for our 50 lb dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

Scott was so responsive and helped my family and I last minute. He made sure his rental was up to our expectations and the accommodations were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back yard that was fenced in for our dogs. The area was nice, safe and there were plenty of places and things to do.

John made every thing easy for our trip, we had plenty of parking and easy access for our trailer parking. He was always responsive when I had a question and made our trip great with great information on the house and patios was our favorite hang out spot. Thanks again for everything you did to accommodate our group.

Condo is beautiful and is just as described. Check in was very easy and with Kathy’s clear instructions we were able to find it right away. Parking spot in front of the condo was big plus too. Very calm neighborhood, you could only hear birds in the morning while drinking coffee on the patio. We loved it, our dogs did too. Thank you Kathy. We will be back!

I absolutely loved staying at Nadiia’s place. She was so nice and responsive. The place was exactly as pictured and I would recommend her place to anyone.

I have stayed at Melonie’s place before. I love the short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space for families to come together. Lots of restaurants close. Property is on a street with very few cars driving by.

From the decor and the amenities, you can tell Melissa is a very thoughtful host. The space is clean and everything is nicely arranged. The location is great. Restaurants, the supermarket, the shopping mall and the beach are all within walking distance. Melissa was very responsive whenever we had questions. We (including our cat) had a great time at Melissa's place. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at Jonathan's place. He is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location - very peaceful but close to shopping and restaurants. Our dog also enjoyed the long walks there too! We plan on staying there again.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs had an exceptional mini getaway. Location was perfect, honestly like 20 steps till you were on the beach! The unit was very spacious, open layout, large rooms, bright and cheerful and beautifully decorated. The furniture was modern and stylish, beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower with great water pressure, and the kitchen was to die for! Large and fully stocked with everything you could need, gorgeous countertops and ss appliances and a basket with all the necessities plus some little extras to make you feel right at home. There's also a wonderful porch for relaxing, we especially liked the optional doggie gates.⁹ Our host, Hollin made everything super easy and simple. Communication was a breeze from the very start. Hollin was very friendly, responsive and onsiderate. I feel like she genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Which we did and we definitely plan to stay again next year!

Lovely home with the most beautiful views - got to experience a number of gorgeous sunsets over the water on their great fenced in deck. The deck has very nice furniture and fun automatic string lights that come on at night adding to the experience. Inside is warm and nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture making you feel at home. Also extremely well stocked and great location. Would love to come back again in the future.
