An amazing place! Double balconies for sunrise and sunset views. Very peaceful and friendly neighbors. Everything within walking distance. Would highly recommend! Natasha was very quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have.

The perfect weekend getaway! The view of the ocean is spectacular, it’s the perfect place a couple looking for some peaceful time away. The host is very proactive and responsive.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, super cute. Quick walk to the beach. Only thing was there was no place to rinse off outside after coming back from the beach. There was a shower head in the parking lot right by the elevator but it didn’t work.

Excellent location and beautiful home. Nice and close to the beach and plenty of other things to do. They even had beach items for us to use (chairs, wagon, umbrella). Would definitely stay again!

We love staying at Ellen’s when we visit Annapolis. It is convenient to downtown and other places of interest.

nadia's place is very nice, looks just like the pictures but they don't really do it justice. the whole place was spotless, cozy, very welcoming. bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. really nice appliances. i will say the kitchen could use a few more cooking tools, but i was able to make everything i wanted without a problem. would definitely stay again, and recommend!

The location is great. We walked everywhere. Lots of good food options. The space is nicely done. We would rent again.

Mark’s condo is very comfortable, with lots of lights, working space, and outlets. The location is convenient to the Metro and groceries and restaurants. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are several nearby parks. Here’s what’s great: Mark texted me before we left and when we arrived, to make sure that I located the entrance, free garage parking, and keys. The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen is narrow and fully kitted. Thoughtful amenities include laundry & dishwasher detergent, lots of extra towels, down blanket, a bathrobe, and a medicine cabinet full of travel size shampoo, soap, razor, toothpaste. I recommend Mark’s place.

This is the 3rd time we stayed with Kendra and it was a pleasure as usual. The location of the condo is great within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf and the beach. It sits in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is well furnished and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

Love this place! This is the second time we've stayed here over Thanksgiving, and we'd absolutely return. Fantastic location, space, amenities, and view.

Perfectly clean, and fresh ! “Pet-friendly”, is usually questionable, in that regard, but Sally’s condo, stood up to that claim. Or dog loved it and so did we. The view could not be beat ! The kitchen was SO well stocked ! ( cheese grater, colander, vegetable peeler, tons of glassware and plates for at least 8). Large bedrooms, and having a laundry room in the unit was a plus. There’s so much closet space you could stay for a month ! Too many “extras” to even mention. I’ve already told several friend/family pet owners, how accommodating it was. Great place. Hoping to stay there again.

Overall had a great stay. Location is perfect- maybe a 2 minute walk to Fager’s Island and not long at all to the beach. Beautiful sunset views as well. We asked to stay an extra night and he was extremely accommodating to this request.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

The property in person is exactly as it is in the photos. What you see online is what you get. And what you get is stunning sunrises and easy access to both the beach and the boardwalk. The whole apartment is nicely appointed and comfortable. The only downside was, as we were warned, there were renovations being done and it can get loud during the week. Best to head out and see the sights anyways. Nevertheless, we had an amazing time!

Very comfortable condo for our visit to Ocean City. It was convenient and quiet and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the canal view and nice porch area, just wish it would have been warmer weather!

Stayed at this condo for Oceans Calling—which was about 3 miles away. It was tidy and welcoming and fit our needs well.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. Dave was very helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything.
