The Old Auction Rooms was built in 1765 and originated as a theatre, giving it a unique feel. The location offers the convenience of a central position in town whilst still remaining peaceful and private.'The loft' is one of the five apartments that makes up the Old Auction Rooms. The apartment is set out on one floor and offers an open plan living space that provides a great environment to spend time with your family and unwind. Roof-top views look out over the famous Whitby Abbey.

The space
The Loft offers and open plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge area sharing a large space. There is 3 bathrooms 2 of which offer wet room showers and 1 with a full bath.
There is one bedroom with a double bedroom and en suite wet room with toilet. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.

Parking;
The property comes with a parking space but it is for small and medium sized cars. It will not, for example be appropriate for a larqe SUV We will ask you for details of the car you are using when vou book (registration, make and model and advise accordingly regarding the parking restrictions at the property. If you are in a large car we will be happy to advise you on alternative car parking options in the local vicinity.
