Please note: To keep the home comfortable for all guests, pups are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, deck, and all beach supplies minus one owner closet. The Hi-Sea is fully furnished, stocked, and ready for your family or group to enjoy!
Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. Message us in advance to request early access to The Hi-Sea!

Hurricane Season & Trip Insurance
Hurricane season in North Carolina runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring in September and October. Because weather conditions along the coast can be unpredictable, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip interruption and evacuation coverage.

• In the event of a government-mandated evacuation or major disruptive event, refunds or reservation changes will be handled in accordance with Airbnb’s Major Disruptive Events Policy.
• Refunds may apply only to unused nights affected by a mandatory evacuation order.
• Voluntary evacuations, travel delays, bad weather, or personal changes of plans are not covered and remain subject to the standard cancellation policy.
• Travel insurance is the best way to protect your trip from unexpected weather events or interruptions.
