As you step onto the 1.5-acre property, you'll immediately feel a sense of relaxation wash over you. The expansive outdoor patio beckons you to unwind and embrace a fully immersive experience, whether you're celebrating a special weekend or enjoying a memorable family gathering. We invite you to indulge in a barbecue feast, gather around the crackling fire pit, or take a dip in the inviting Cowboy Pool. As an added bonus we now have the Bunkhouse Chicks! Our guests can gather their own fresh eggs from our on site chicken coop.

The Bunkhouse offers a thoughtfully designed layout with all the modern comforts you desire. Upstairs, the spacious and private Bedroom 1 awaits, boasting a king-size bed, an en suite full bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The generous walk-in closet provides ample storage space for your belongings. Meanwhile, Bedroom 2 invites you to relax in style with its own king-size bed, an en suite full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination, and a large outdoor deck where you can soak up the scenic views.

The living room is a haven of entertainment, featuring a pool table, a smart TV, comfortable sofas, and even a futon for additional guests. Whether you're engaging in a family game day or enjoying a movie night, this space is designed for creating lasting memories.

The fully equipped kitchen caters to your culinary desires, with a full-size oven, stove, fridge, and microwave at your disposal. Kick-start your day with a freshly brewed coffee from the provided Keurig machine, or bring your own beans and use the provided grinder and pour over. We have also recently added a Delonghi Espresso maker. Truly a coffee connoisseur's paradise!

For your utmost convenience, a full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent, are included, ensuring that you can refresh your wardrobe at any time. Additionally, a downstairs half bath provides added convenience for your stay.
