Unbeatable location

100% of guests in the past year gave this location a 5-star rating.
Our comfy and cosy en-suite studio annexe is situated on the edge of Drimpton in rural West Dorset. The Annexe is ideal for short breaks be it walking, exploring beautiful West Dorset or visiting friends and family. Spend time exploring the Jurassic Coast with the coastal towns of Lyme Regis and West Bay just 25 minutes drive away, or choose a walk from the door. Nearby are Lewesdon Hill, noted for its beautiful Blue Bells in early May, and Pilsdon Pen, the highest point in Dorset.

The space
The Annexe has an en-suite shower room with wc, hand basin and heated towel rail and a comfortable king size double bed. Complimentary hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided and in order to keep plastic use to the minimum, these are cleaned and topped up as necessary. There is a breakfast bar, a small fridge and a microwave for heating porridge or croissants if you wish to bring your own favourite bites. There is milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided and a welcome pack containing home made fudge, cakes, biscuits or scones. I can provide clean cutlery/crockery as required.

Hanging space is provided on the wall for suits/dresses and separate hanging space near the door for coats and a tray for shoes. Each bedside cabinet has three drawers and there are two further baskets, for clothes storage, within the unit under the mirror.

Wifi is available and the code can be found in the Guest Information file.

If you are on a walking break, your muddy wellies can be stored in the lean-to and if you are unfortunately caught in a downpour, I am happy to dry your coats overnight.

Guest access
The front of the Annexe catches the sun in the afternoon/evening, making it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or an evening glass of wine while watching the sun go down. Garden chairs and a small table are available in the lean-to for use on the grass area in front of the annexe.

Other things to note
Please let me know if you do not like dogs as our spaniels like everyone and I will endeavour to keep them separate!
