You will have access to the entire home and property, including two dedicated parking spots. One is in the driveway, and the other is secure behind an automatic gate in the backyard.

Please be aware:
-This home is on a shared property with other tenants.
-The backyard shares a fence with neighbors, so some daytime noise is possible. Occasional street noise may be heard as the home faces a street.

Other things to note
-The property does not have central heat or A/C (wall heaters and fans are provided).
-There will be $30 extra fee per person per night after 6 guests
-No parties or events are allowed.
-The person booking must be the one staying at the property. No third-party bookings.
-Exterior security cameras and decibel monitors (Minut) are in place to ensure a peaceful stay.
