The space
Spacious, Airy, easy in and out access, huge roofed outdoors patio / porch, for seamless relaxation.

The House features 3 full separate bedrooms:

1st Room aka The Blue Room 💙

The Kitchen is a separate space from the generous Living Room, but easily connected through a big double door

The Patio is connected to the living room and features a seamless roof from the main building with perfect shade all around, for relaxing and eating outside with company.

This Patio or large covered veranda also features a raised portion like a balcony, which is connected to room 3 "Green Room 💚" for easy lounging or eating!

Our big yard & garden is spacious for children to play all day

The 2nd Bathroom with full privacy (2.2 meters aluminium framing walls) is outside in the yard, it features both an Outside Shower of your dreams and a toilet + bidet showerhead (manually operated toilet with water bucket, we might add a flush in June but it's not required, very hygienic due to literally open air being outside and close to the tank)

Our Summer Country Estate is located in Nature but close to both the huge main Sykia Chalkidiki beach (300 meters walking distance) as well as 10+ beaches around and Super Markets & various amenities. Sarti a major beach town if you wanna stroll or have a greek night out is also just 10 minutes by car (11km).

Other things to note
If you want a boat trip around Vourvourou to swim in Blue Lagoon in 2 remote beaches, or Athos the Majestic Holy Mountain of Mary home to Monastic Orders, aboard a Pirate Ship, this can be arranged!
