Peaceful and beautiful area, great location, close to everything. very recommended.

The villa is perfect for a needed getaway and it’s also perfect for young adults. We found everything we needed for our 7 days stay. It looked to good to be true in the pictures and the feeling lingered even after a few days of staying there, that’s just how beautiful it was.

Nino is a great Host, upon arrival there were fresh brownies, and wine ready. Accommodation was very neat and clean. This villa is perfect for a family with both small and adult children. Plenty of beds, 2 spacious bathrooms and everything is available Village is within walking distance, and there is plenty to do. Swimming pool is a very big plus, clear water and lovely temperature. I can't think of anything negative about this villa and our stay at all. We enjoyed enormously and felt very much at home, can recommend this villa to anyone!! Thank you to you Nino 😊😊

The villa is beautiful and we had a great time there. Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. With two children and a baby, we had more than enough space. Thanks to the air conditioning, it was pleasantly cool inside. We especially liked the garden with loungers, table, hammock and outdoor shower. The location is fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The house was very well equipped overall. Yannis even provided us with water, beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee. The beach is within walking distance and ideal for children as the water drops flat. Communication with Yannis was excellent; he always responded quickly and showed us everything upon arrival. Only point to keep in mind: There is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity and only a few restaurants. However, this did not bother us much, as we often cooked ourselves. The Metoxi restaurant is of top quality. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

Great place to spend some hot summer days

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The property is stunning, with spacious and well-decorated rooms, and the pools were a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous weather. One of the highlights was the large terrace, which offered nice views for a smoke break or a get-together, especially at night. Everyone at reception were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, including accommodating take-away orders. The only minor downside was that the wifi didn’t reach all the rooms for us, but it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

We were four families (8 adults 11 kids) shared the 3 houses All of us loved the pool, its really big. I communicated with the host prior to arrival and she shared all the info 4 ACs (3 in rooms) that were great. The other rooms each had a cooling system that did relieve some of the heat but was not as comfortable as the air-conditioned rooms (and that was aligned with what we were told) Overall, we all felt it waa a great place to stay and price was totally fare.

We had a wonderful week with friends at Mary's beautiful villa on the beautiful Galini beach. The hostess was lovely and gave us some great tips. The house was very clean, very well equipped (nothing is missing!) with a great view. We were lucky enough to have more than good weather, which allowed us to enjoy the sea as well as the beautiful pool and terrace. The neighborhood is beautiful with many beach restaurants and bars and many friendly visitors and locals. The city centre is a 5-minute drive away. Everything was there for a perfect stay. This is really a beautiful villa that was unanimously greeted and to which we would be very happy to come back.

Happy about a clean, orderly, stylish and very well-equipped villa! You could tell the furnishing concept and amenities were well thought out, and the setting just perfect! Contact with Kostas was easy and friendly. The spacious garden area and large terrace are a dream for BBQs and spending time outside in the shade or moon shine vine testing, with a 180 sea view. Like heavens on earth. Recommendable also for families or a group, with plenty of retreat space.

The accommodation offers 6 individual apartments, all very tidy and clean and modernly furnished. In each room there is a small kitchenette that is sufficiently equipped (dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, capsule coffee machine, contact grill, fridge, stove, sink). No dishwasher. There was no larger common space, but in summer temperatures you sit outside anyway. On the property, Nathalia (the good soul of the accommodation) has a little cottage where you can always address it. She cleans the rooms if desired and even did laundry for us. We didn't feel controlled and had enough privacy. The nearest places are 5 and 10 minutes by car. There you get everything you need. The nearest bay is a 10-minute walk away. The pool was very well maintained and there were 2 outdoor showers. All in all, we (5 couples) felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended.

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

We were a group of five women enjoying our vacation in Greece, and this villa made our trip truly special! Dominiki is an amazing host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa, designed by Dominiki and her husband, has beautiful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean pool. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the pillows! Dominiki's in-laws were also around, sharing great stories and speaking perfect English. We had a late flight and Dominiki allowed late check-out. The villa’s location is perfect, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the center of Pefkochori (or a quick taxi ride 5€). We only rented a car for 2 out of our 5 days, with parking conveniently available outside. Dominiki even brought us some food when she knew we hadn't been to the store yet. The villa is spotless, well-planned, and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house was everythin we wanted. Big, clean, had a barbecue, nice quite place with a view at the sea. Would recommend

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

We had a great stay in the Vila, it is very peaceful and quiet, the yard is big and pool is nice. The vila had great attention to details and good atmosphere. It is located close to the best beach in Sithonia. The hosts were very kind, attentive and responsive, we highly recommend the place.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.
