The space
A residence with 2 guest private rooms and 3 studio suites. Each private room, such as this one has 150 sqft with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Always clean, fresh white linens waiting for our guests. The full bathroom on the second floor is shared between the two private bedrooms, the Segunda room being one of those 2. This room is one of our guest favorites, and it is perfect for a single person. We are no longer accepting more than one occupant, please do not ask. Sorry.

Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town.
