The space
Welcome to to a spacious shared residence with over 2,500 sq. ft. of living space. This is a true shared living experience, offering a balance of privacy and community. Located on West 100th Street in Cleveland, our residence was retrofitted for comfort, privacy, and an easy contactless stay. Whether you’ve booked a private room or one of our larger suites, every detail here supports a peaceful, independent guest experience.
🌿 Shared Spaces
Guests have access to the shared kitchen for light cooking and meal prep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials—microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. Please clean up after use and respect quiet hours in shared spaces.
If you’ve booked one of the two private rooms, you’ll share a full bathroom with one other guest. All other suites (300+ sq. ft.) include private en-suite bathrooms.
🛏️ Private Suites
Each suite features a private entrance code, Smart TV, office desk and chair, full-length mirror, and high-speed WiFi. Two suites include a mini-fridge, and the third will soon have one installed. Every space is designed to feel fully private and self-contained, offering the freedom of an apartment with the simplicity of a managed stay.
🧺 Laundry Access
Laundry service is available through a Laundry Pass, which can be purchased depending on your length of stay. Instructions are shared digitally before check-in.
👥 Host & Privacy
A StayWithJay host resides on-site in private quarters (typically the lower level). Hosts are available for assistance and light conversation but will never intrude on your stay. All communication and transactions are handled digitally to maintain a touchless, professional environment. You’ll always have privacy unless you request help.

Check-in and verification are fully contactless. Every guest completes a secure virtual check-in and signs our rental agreement before arrival, ensuring a smooth and transparent process. We respect guests’ personal space and expect the same courtesy toward our hosts and other residents.

During your stay
This is a self-sufficient stay, meaning guests primarily interact amongst themselves in the shared spaces. While I personally travel frequently throughout the year, our co-hosts are always available should you need anything.
The goal is to provide you with the space to relax, so interaction is entirely up to you. If you prefer privacy, you’ll have it. However, if we happen to be around at the same time and strike up a conversation, I’m always open to a good chit-chat!
For any assistance during your stay, myself and my co-hosts are always just a message away and happy to help.
Other things to note
This is a shared residence, and there will be other guests during your stay—no need to ask.
We do not disclose details about other guests, including gender. Please do not ask.
Pre-registration is required for smart lock access—ensure you have a working phone number to receive check-in instructions.
House rules are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.
🚗 Parking Information – Read Carefully
Street parking is available, but your car must be parked on the west side of the street, facing southbound, across from the house.
Do not park on the same side as the house. This creates a traffic hazard, and you risk getting a ticket or even being towed.
Before 6 PM on weekdays, parking is easy to find. Weekends after 8 PM may require more patience.
🚍 Save Time & Money – Use Uber/Public Transit
If you’re heading downtown—whether for a Browns, Cavaliers, or
Guardians game or just to explore—Uber or public transit is often faster and cheaper than driving.
Avoid traffic headaches and expensive parking fees by taking the RTA or a quick Uber ride instead!

If your mobile network doesn’t work upon arrival, just connect to our WiFi—it requires no code!
