The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.
The space
This tiny tree house has a cozy front and side porch with nice views, great outdoor lighting, super fast access to main street shopping. Very modern, clean, covid safe and great stay with a local with a lot of local tips, advice and stories of Superior. Truly one of a kind space - nothing like this in Superior! Back Yard is nice enough for small wedding, parties or family gatherings. The house was built around the tree and it is small - giving its name : The Tiny Treehouse”

There is free parking in the front yard and easy walking distance to local eateries, drinking and shopping.

For clarification, this is a tiny house. This space is a studio with a bench seat for sitting during the day and bench seat and ottoman locked together that turns into a full size bed for sleeping. There is a separate restroom area with toilet and shower.

We are a pet friendly property (max 2 dogs). We ask that you clean up after your dog and all dogs MUST be potty trained.
If your dog is left unattended, we ask that you please keep them in a kennel to prevent chewing of furniture and accidents in the house, and excessive barking. Please DO NOT allow your pet to get on top of the bed. (FYI - If you book with a pet, we typically remove the carpet from the interior to avoid an issues.)
There will be an additional pet cleaning fee assessed if you and your pet leave a mess behind including excessive shedding. At this time, we do not allow cats and other animals.
