The location was very convenient during our visit to the Barrett Jackson Classic car auction. Plus its close proximity to 17 freeway made our drive back to Vegas much easier. The best part was “Bear” our shepherd enjoyed his stay too. Thank you Petra.

Shannon’s home was exactly as pictured and a perfect home base for our trip to Tucson. High speed internet and access to every streaming service you can think of made the place comfortable. A large enclosed back yard was perfect for our dogs, and even our escape artist couldn’t get out. Shannon lives on site and is super responsive and helpful! We’ll look at staying here again for our next trip.

Felt right at home in this cozy unit, the host included all the extra amenities that a lot of other Airbnb‘s don’t consider such as a vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies, bathroom & washer/dryer amenities and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prep and eat meals. The only thing I would say is that the AC/heating units were a bit tricky to figure out as each room has its own AC/heating unit (3 total) - the trick was they all need to be on the same setting to work properly so they are synced up. The host did help me figure this issue out. Otherwise, the host was extremely communicative, the place was clean to a very high standard and very cozy and private feeling. Front door access is a breeze.

This was our 7th trip to Phoenix in a little over a year. The house is very close to PHX airport, Old Town Scottsdale, AZ Mills shopping center, Hole in a Rock, Botanical Gardens and Bam-kazam. It’s a short drive to Pinnacle Peak for a short hike or Gilbert for dinner. It looks just like it does in the pictures! We enjoyed the outdoor games & hot tub. The beds were very comfortable & the house is very quiet. The layout is great for entertaining a larger group, with the kitchen being open to the family room.

We loved how relaxed this location made us feel. Private back yard and very quiet. Great having the sounds of the owls and coyotes welcome us the first night. When we had questions, the owner was quick to get back with us. This is a great location and easily accessible to many parks, museums, and other outdoor activities. Lots of great places to eat near by and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make our own meals. We are already looking at dates to stay here again. Wonderful overall experience.

We rented the house for a ASU graduation. The home was about 10 minutes from ASU and downtown Tempe. Shopping and restaurants were close. It was a great location. Other pros - *Host welcomes dogs!!! *Host was very accomadating and fairly quick to respond.(A couple times he said he wasnt getting notifications). *open floor plan for entertaining and family *very nice pool, lots of pool toys and little putting green. *nice covered patio with comfy seating *had baby necessities! We didn't have to bring anything (crib, highchair, bath seating chair, a few toddler games) A few cons *Every faucet has great hot water but be careful it can be scolding and every faucet adjusted in a different direction to get the hot water *I wish there were more plates, silverware and blankets. Had some cold nights in december and thermostat reverted after 4 hours when we were sleeping *mattreses were somwhat uncomfortable. *Mind one neighbor; ) All in all it was perfect for our family!I was ery grateful

Perfect place for a family visit. Spacious living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Perfect for pool parties and watching the game. A quiet neighborhood that is so peaceful. And bradley the host is super responsive!

This home is perfect if you are looking for an excellent location for local hiking in Saguaro National Park and a peaceful private home with a lovely yard and pool. My husband and I could not say enough fabulous things about this home. The Wildhorse Trail and the Douglas Trail (both with MANY offshoot trails) are about 15 minutes away, with the main park entrance just barely further. The pool is a wonderful oasis and the backyard bar and TV is a great spot for relaxing. Dennis was a phenomenal host who was always available for any questions while still giving us space and privacy. Home is well appointed with anything you might need to cook, do laundry, etc. you could easily fit three couples or a family with children in this house. Local restaurants are lovely (Saguaro Corners, Mulligans, etc) and you have many choices. About 5-10 minute drive from a Walmart, a Safeway, a CVS/Walgreens. Overall phenomenal experience here!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Becky's place. Becky and her team are amazing hosts. Great communication and fast responses.  We needed to check in a little early and Becky and her team were very accomodating to our request. The house is as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen for long stays. Beds and living space are comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and it was super pet-friendly. Felt like home. Super clean. Home was easy to find and clear instructions for getting inside.  Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautiful sunsets over the lake at the front of the house. Location is perfect for city events, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, and of course lake access.  We love Lake Havasu and are very impressed with our first visit, and staying at Becky's home made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely recommend and we hope to stay at Becky's again for our future stays.

Great house! Rubens place was perfect while we were in town visiting family. Really appreciate Ruben being welcoming of our furbabies.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s and will stay there again on future trips to visit family in Yuma. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The little extras like QTips, cotton rounds, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were appreciated. The pool and patio area were nice and clean. Tammy was very responsive with questions we had. 5 star review!

This home was a wonderful place for our family to stay. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice home layout. We absolutely loved the location, hiking trails in walking distance, excellent restaurants near by. We would definitely want to stay here again!

We stayed a week at Larry's small house. When we arrived he gave us clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions that we had. The house was clean and well kept and had all the amenities that we needed. It includes a two burner stove top, toaster oven and all the things you need to cook a basic meal. We did end up purchasing a mattress topper as my disabilities don't allow for a spring bed, but that was it. There were plenty of linens and everything else that we needed provided. I would stay here again.
