We offer the lowest prices as Sunset Vistas. Sunset Vistas has everything you'll need for you and your family. Do nothing, or do everything. Sit on the white sands of a top 10 beach in North America and watch your worries and stress go out with the tides.

If all else fails, enjoy some family competition with the only arcade at Sunset Vistas.

The space
Walk to John's Pass Village, many restaurants, bars and water sports and activities. Rent a boat nearby to cruise the inter-coastal waterway to search for shells on Shell Key. Smoke a cigar at the locally handcrafted makers at John's Pass or enjoy waterfront dining and entertainment.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath resort suite gives you all the amenities of a luxury resort. Main living room with dining area for 4, a flat-screen television and a fold out queen sofa couch to sleep up to 6 people. A master bedroom suite with a master bathroom with a soaking tub, a queen size bed and flat screen television. The second bedroom has a flat screen television and a queen size bed.

Some beach essentials are provide in our toy closet, but ask about what's available. We try our best to ensure it's well stocked, but the elements take a toll on items and we can't guarantee what's available in the unit. We do not provide beach towels, please plan accordingly.

Please be aware of the months that you are planning to travel and the local situation. We will not refund any cancellations against our policy if there are no mandatory evacuations. Hurricane season goes from June through October. Red tide season can happen anytime, but primary in the late summer months. And upgrade and maintenance season occurs from November through the first week of January, this is the low season so this is when the governments and our condo associations do their annual maintenance and upgrades. At times, you may see our unit priced accordingly, please do your research so you know what to expect when you arrive.

Check-in time is at 4pm (ET) and check-out is 11am (ET). Plan your stay accordingly as we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out times due to our cleaning schedules.

For example: if your flight arrives at 8am, you will not be able to check in until 4pm, so booking the night before allows you to start enjoying your vacation right away.

Guest access
The access to the unit is based upon a keycode. Your access code will be set on the date of arrival to the last 4 digits of the phone number that you provided. This allows you to start your vacation right away.

Other things to note
The sales tax that is applied to every booking.

Please note that each year there can be red tide and hurricanes that occur in Florida. If you decide to make your travels during these season (August/September for red tide) and you are nervous about it impacting your travels, we highly recommend that you purchase the travel insurance to protect yourself for last minute cancellations. Our cancellation policy remains in effect unless there is a mandatory evacuation or lockdown issued by a government.
