If you love endless coastline and easy access to everything the Cape has to offer, this is the perfect place to vacation!

Onset is not only the last seaside town before the Cape Cod bridges, but also a destination all its own. Families love the walkable downtown, great restaurants, ice cream shops, charming antique stores, and miles of soft, sandy beaches—all without the long bridge traffic, while still being just 20 minutes from Cape favorites like Sandwich and Falmouth.

Our home features four bedrooms, all conveniently located on the second level, offering a private and peaceful space to unwind. Each bedroom includes its own Smart TV, and all beds are made with comfortable linens, cozy bedding, and regular pillows, with extra-firm options available in the closet to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom layout:
• Two bedrooms with queen beds
• One bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed
• One bedroom with twin bunk beds

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 9 guests total, with a maximum of 7 adults. Please note that the top bunks are intended for children and are not for adult use.

The home includes one full bathroom on each level — a stand-up shower on the first floor and a shower/tub combo on the second floor — making it easy for groups and families to get ready with ease.

On the main level, you’ll find a perfectly sunlit sitting area — the ideal spot to end your day with a good book, coloring session, or a little friendly competition over board games.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Keurig or tea with a hot water kettle, whip up smoothies in the blender, slow-cook your favorite meal in the crock pot, or prepare a full lobster or clam boil dinner with all the essentials provided.

Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing getaway or a family trip, this home offers the space, comfort, and thoughtful touches to make your stay unforgettable.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including two front decks perfect for morning coffee, an outdoor back deck for relaxing evenings, and the basement with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Other things to note
Located in the heart of Onset Village, our home offers a true walkable coastal experience. Stroll to the beach just up the street, explore local shops, visit a pottery studio, or enjoy the town’s favorite ice cream and candy spot. After a day by the water, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, then fire up the grill or relax under the stars by the fire pit.

We’ve stocked the home with thoughtful extras to make your stay even more enjoyable, including a beach wagon, cooler, beach towels, sand toys, and an umbrella for sunny days. For outdoor fun, we provide outdoor equipment to enjoy at the two nearby parks.

Parking Information 🚙

There is space for 1 vehicle in the driveway at the property.
From May 1 – October 31 (peak season), street parking in the area requires a parking pass. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! A pass will be provided for guest use if you need additional street parking. It’s valid for residential street parking throughout Onset Village.

During the off-season (November 1 – April 30), no parking pass is needed for street parking.

Planning to bring more than one car? Just let us know ahead of time so we can have passes ready for you. We can accommodate up to 2 additional vehicles (3 total, including the driveway).

If you have more than 3 vehicles, there are nearby public parking lots available.

Age Requirements:
To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, the primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Our home is best suited for families and groups looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Pets welcome!
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per pet. Dogs over 25 lbs require host approval, and additional pet fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on breed and size. Due to the increased cleaning and potential wear associated with larger dogs, an additional pet fee may apply.

For the safety of your pet and our home, dogs may not be left unattended unless they are securely crated.
