I only use this 1 bed to fill gaps when the larger listing for this home isn't rented (mostly midweek) Beautifully restored historic home, directly in town, steps away from the Pilgrims 1st settlement, ocean, award winning restaurants, historic attractions, shops, nightlife, entertainment, tours,ferries, etc. Directly on the town brook/gristmill. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.

Ground floor duplex with backyard. In the heart of the South End. The best restaurants and coffee shops in Boston are within 1-2 blocks. We are pet friendly with a dog park 1 block away. A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ashley’s Hummingbird Cottage was terrific. It was quiet and immaculate. It was close to conservation land for walking and area beaches and wildlife. She was quick to respond and so easy to deal with. It snowed while we were there and we got up to a cleaned off car! We appreciated the box of croissants to great us. We will certainly think of her again when we head towards that area!

Dori’s cottage was so comfortable, homey and peaceful. My dogs and I loved being able to walk to the beach just minutes away. Dori was very friendly and responsive. There was a small issue with the hot water and Dori was very helpful and able to get a plumber out to have it fixed.

We had a lovely stay at Breezeway cottage. The location was perfect for us to meet up with family on the area. Good bakeries, and restaurants in the area. Close to the cape cod canal where we enjoyed a bike ride and seeing a seal! Jacqui left clear instructions and check in was easy.

I came here in December, it was quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and it has a lot of space. If you bring a dog they have a huge fenced-in yard. The kitchen is very well equipped and I had everything I needed. It’s very close to the beach and there is plenty to do here in the summer. If you have kids, they are going to love it here! If you want to explore Cape Cod, this is the time of year to do that. The beaches are beautiful and so many wonderful downtowns. I hope to visit again next year.
