This place was excellent for my family’s Thanksgiving trip! Home away from home.

This place was my first air bnb and the photos do not do it justice it is small and cozy but had a lot of room and space and will have everything you’ll ever need it for was great experience and the host was extremely responsive and understanding and helpful! Would stay again

Kathy is a great host. Her family property is really special and she was very accommodating answering all my questions before and during our stay. The pond is so quiet, peaceful, serene and beautiful and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful to walk in. The Cotuit market is 1.5 miles away and there are great eats at Kettle Ho in Cotuit which allowed us to settle in with ease. Kathy graciously allowed our dog to accompany us and he loved spending time in the pond too and having easy outdoor access. We really enjoyed our stay!

Delfina is really lovely and after an initial miscommunication, worked really hard to ensure I had a good stay. I liked how spacious the apartment is, however if you’re taller than 5’10 you might have a tough time with the low and slanted ceilings. Overall it was a decent comfortable space that I would recommend!
