Welcome to Suite One at Sunset Cottages- your cozy Florida beach escape designed for relaxing and soaking in the coastal charm. This charming private studio suite features coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, WiFi, TV, and kitchen essentials. We have direct boardwalk access!! Front door to white soft sand is only 20 feet! Relax after a day at the beach and enjoy easy access to local restaurants, shops and sunsets. The perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the Florida coast.

The space
Our newly updated studio suite is just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and attractions including Salt Rock Grill; Sharky's Beach Pub, (across the street); Ice Cream Shop; Surf Shop; Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf and much more. The unit was recently fully updated. The adjoining unit is also available to rent with interior, (locking) door access.

Guest access
We include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a portable folding wagon for your beach time pleasure. There is a small paver-stone patio next to the suite for your use. There is also an outdoor shower on the back porch to rinse off after the beach, if you like.

Direct boardwalk access!! Less than 50 feet away from the beach!
