The space
This bright, clean, inviting 2nd floor condo offers 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, Living room with a queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen with full size fridge, stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher. toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen essentials are provided. There is a cozy dinette with seating for 4, full bathroom with walk-in dual shower, free Wi-fi, Large and small flat screen cable tv, ceiling fans, and a dedicated work space. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, starter bathroom essentials are provided.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE UNIT. SMOKING of any sort is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited on the Barefoot Beach Grounds and on the Gulf Beaches.

No parties or events. Security will be notified.

To access the beach, just cross Gulf Blvd. using the public crosswalk and stroll on through the BBR Beach access pathway.

Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy access to a private pier that is ideal for fishing or simply watching dolphins play. Two fishing poles and basic tackle are provided inside the condo for guest convenience. Florida fishing licenses may be obtained online or at Walmart. Guests use all fishing equipment at their own risk.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo, heated pool, BBQ grill area, resort grounds, and free Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The beach access pathway is located just across the street, leading to a quieter stretch of white sandy beach. Free parking is included for registered guests.

Other things to note
**The pool is closed at night. Security cameras have been placed.

***Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests often stop at local retailers on the way in to Indian Shores to pick up additional necessities.

**Please help us keep our sea life safe:

**Leave only footprints in the sand, dispose of your trash,** fill in holes and break down sand structures. **Sea turtles may get trapped in holes left in the sand.

* **Sea Turtle Nesting Sites:** Sea turtle nesting areas are visibly marked along Indian Shores and throughout the Gulf Coast. Sea turtles and their nests are protected by the State of Florida. Please respect all marked boundaries and do not disturb these protected areas while visiting.

***Please be kind and respectful to the birds here in Florida. Many species are protected, so please do not disturb, feed, or interfere with them or their nesting areas. Thank you for caring about our beaches.

Orlando is about an hour and a half away where Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Crayola Experience and the Florida Mall can be enjoyed.

Additional public parking is located at the Tiki Gardens about a half mile North of the complex.
