Sparrow Suite: Peaceful & centrally-located just 6 miles from Navarre beach & Fishing Pier, nestled between Santa Rosa Sound & East Bay with a variety of water activities & destinations, including the Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve. Convenient location, just off 98 with a variety of restaurants, zoo, rentable water toys (eg. boats, jet skis, kayaks) & excursions (eg. parasailing, kite boarding & guided fishing tours.)

The space
We recently added a section of privacy fence to give you a peaceful place to relax in the sun or shade right outside your guest suite!

Guest access
There is one parking space just outside your entrance, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, an nice shaded lawn sitting area straight across the parking from the entrance and full access to your own private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with no inside shared space. Please be respectful of other neighbors nearby and on the other side of the house.

Other things to note
Please note: There is no TV in the suite; we encourage you to get out and enjoy all that Navarre has to offer, and unplug and rest when you return. If you do want to hop online, we have fiber internet and a dedicated work station with a monitor. :-)

The primary booker must be at least 25 years of age.
